Carter Martin joined Rothman Law PLLC in July 2024. Carter’s practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing across the five boroughs of New York City and beyond. Carter advises clients every step of the way throughout each real estate transaction from drafting and negotiating complex agreements to extensive due diligence, title clearance, survey review, and closings.

Carter has been working in real estate law in New York City for the last five years where she has represented high net worth individuals, corporations, trusts and estates, private equity funds, and other institutional clients in connection with condo, coop, multi-family, and multi-use property transactions.

Originally from the Atlanta area, Carter graduated from Georgia State University College of Law in 2019. She is admitted as an attorney in the State of Georgia and the State of New York.
