Lauren Abecassis joined Rothman Law PLLC in November 2023. Lauren maintains a diverse cooperate and real estate transaction practice. Lauren’s real estate practice focuses on the representation of lenders and borrowers in real estate financing transactions including construction financing, SBA and mezzanine lending, the acquisition sale and development of mixed used and commercial properties, the negotiation of commercial leases on behalf of landlords and tenants and the acquisition and sale of residential and other real estate properties. Lauren also regularly advises clients in transactions involving a variety of asset types, including multifamily apartment buildings, office buildings, project developments and industrial properties. 

Lauren’s corporate practice includes the advising and counseling of entrepreneurs, businesses and startups of diverse industries from inception through all stages of their life cycle, including business formation, capital raising and financing.  Lauren is committed to maintaining a professional yet personal approach to every client she works with. 

Prior to joining Rothman Law PLLC, Lauren was an associate at a prominent law firm where she handled both a diverse range of commercial and residential real estate transactions across the country.

Lauren graduated from New York Law School in 2021 and is admitted as an attorney in the State of New York.
