MEIR FRIEDMAN
SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Meir Friedman joined Rothman Law in September 2020 as an associate. Meir's practice focuses on a range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, equity and debt financings, and representing landlords and tenants on commercial leases. Meir advises clients in transactions involving a variety of asset types, including office buildings, project developments, industrial properties, outdoor storage facilities, shopping centers and multifamily apartment buildings.  Meir is regularly involved in negotiating complex joint venture agreements, handling construction financing deals and negotiating industrial leases with large credit tenants. Meir brings a detail oriented and client focused approach to every transaction and offers strategic insights to mitigate risks and maximize opportunities.

Prior to joining Rothman Law, Meir was an associate at a real estate firm, splitting his time between national commercial real estate transactions and real estate litigation. 

Meir graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2018 and is admitted as an attorney in the State of New York, the State of New Jersey, the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York.
